However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your item, our Refund and Return Policy offers a clear and fair process to help you resolve any issues with ease. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
  • Sale items and promotional purchases may not be eligible unless defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following products are not returnable or refundable:

  • Customized or personalized bags
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards or store credits

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer support team at info@vidais.click with your order number and reason for return to request authorization.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit and ship it to the provided address.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the item does not meet return conditions (used, damaged, etc.), it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


6. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item received was defective or incorrect
  • The return is due to a mistake on our part

In such cases, we will cover return shipping fees and provide a prepaid label.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
