5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and a direct link to monitor your package. You can also log in to your Axasonali account to track your order status anytime.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to carrier limitations or import regulations, we may not be able to deliver to certain areas. If we cannot ship to your location after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
7. Delivery Issues
